Have you noticed there’s a lot of talk about authenticity, visibility and storytelling lately?
They’re becoming buzzwords – but for good reason.
As you know, people buy from people they know, like, and trust.
Which makes it your job to give your audience the chance to get to know the real you. That way you can build those connections and nurture those relationships.
And with so much fluff and false promises online, what better way to cut through the noise than by sharing your story as it evolves.
A fresh approach is needed.
Live v static
Gone are the days when your pitch could only exist as a perfectly polished piece of copy on a static webpage.
Now, you have the chance to develop it every day – as you share your stories, insights and discoveries through social media, in your emails, and on your blog.
This approach may take more time, but it’s powerful.
You see, when you share consistently, you take your audience on a journey with you. As a result, you people time to get to know you and warm to you. After all, you never know when it will be the right time for a client to take action. But better to stay on the radar until they are, right?
To be clear, this commitment to being visible isn’t an easy option.
It takes courage and commitment to show up consistently – especially if you’re going to do it with truth and rawness.
You see, an authentic message only works if you show up as the real you. It’s no good being one person online and someone else entirely when clients are face-to-face with you.
Where’s the integrity in that?
As a result, I’m asking you to consider sharing your whole journey, as your message evolves – not just the edited highlights.
The pay off for showing up
…Because life is about ups and downs.
We’re human after all 🙂
Of course we have our challenging days. Of course we get stuck. Of course we can feel inadequate to help others as we’re busy pushing through our own stuff. But I believe these times ADD to our message – they don’t take away from it.
Sure you may feel vulnerable at the time, but the right people will like and trust you all the more for it.
After all, when you show all dimensions of yourself, you can cut through the B.S. and show people what is real. Not the hype. Not the lies that try to convince everyone that your life is perfect!
And there’s another MASSIVE advantage to this open sharing. Remember, the challenges you face (and overcome) are very likely the same struggles that will draw clients to you in the first place. When you go first, you show clients what’s possible for them too.
So how about it?
It’s easier than you think
How do you feel about showing up – flaws and all – and evolving your message daily?
Does that thought terrify you?
Are you worried you won’t know what to say?
Do you believe people may not be that interested?
If so, I may just have the answer you 🙂
You see, it’s not as hard as you think…
I’ve found that when you share your journey, you ALWAYS have something to talk about.
Stories from the past, every day experiences, new discoveries, insights, encounters… you name it. Look carefully and there’s always something happening in your life that you can make relevant and interesting for your niche.
The key is to ‘Mine your Mind’ to get at it.
And that’s exactly what I’m going to help you to do this November.
Introducing the Write to Process Challenge
Throughout November, I’m running the Write to Process Challenge.
Get ready for 30 days | 30 challenges | 30 discoveries about you, designed to help you uncover the content (and insights) that will help you show up and share more of the real you.
Be ready this process is deep…
- Together we’ll explore the experiences that make you, you
- We’ll uncover your uniqueness, aspects of your backstory, and insights that make you interesting to your perfect customer
- We’ll help you process what you uncover so you can create content that engages
In short, we’re going to start to #FindYourYou so you can share it with the world.
Just to say this process is the exact process I’ve used to show up and discover more about myself.
This is also the process I’m using to evolve into all that I can be.
And I think it will be perfect for you too – if you’re ready to ramp up your presence, get known for your message, and make an impact on your niche that’s unique.
Your place costs just £95 and you can sign up using the link below.
I hope you’ll join me
I would highly recommend this 30 day challenge. It maybe the experience you need that will change how you show up in the world and how you show up in your business. Doing this challenge could be the breakthrough you’ve been seeking.”
